Setting Up Your Dashboard
The TixBot dashboard at tixbot.gg is where you configure everything — ticket types, panels, forms, escalation, and more. No bot commands needed.
Accessing the Dashboard
1
Log in with Discord
Go to tixbot.gg/dashboard and click Login. Authorise with the same Discord account that has admin permissions on your server.
2
Select your server
You'll see a list of servers where you have Manage Server permissions and TixBot is installed. Click the server you want to configure.
3
You're in the dashboard
You'll land on the server overview. From here you can access all configuration options from the left sidebar.
First Things to Configure
- •Support Role — the role your staff members have. TixBot adds this role to every ticket channel automatically.
- •Ticket Category — the Discord category where open ticket channels are created.
- •Closed Category — optional, where tickets go when closed before deletion.
- •Ticket Limit — how many open tickets a single user can have at once (default is 3).
⚠️Set your support role first
Without a support role configured, your staff won't be able to see ticket channels. This is the most important setting to get right before deploying panels.
