Inviting TixBot to Your Server
Adding TixBot to your Discord server takes less than a minute. You just need admin permissions on the server.
Steps
1
Click the invite link
Go to tixbot.gg/invite or click Add TixBot on the homepage. This opens the Discord OAuth2 authorisation screen.
2
Select your server
From the dropdown, choose the server you want to add TixBot to. You must have Manage Server permissions on that server â if your server isn't listed, check you're logged into the right Discord account.
3
Authorise the permissions
TixBot requests the permissions it needs to function â creating channels, managing roles, sending messages, and reading message history. Click Authorise to continue.
4
Complete the CAPTCHA
Discord may show a quick CAPTCHA to verify you're human. Complete it and TixBot will be added to your server.
âšī¸TixBot is now in your server
You should see TixBot appear in your server's member list. Head to tixbot.gg/dashboard to start configuring it.
Troubleshooting
My server isn't showing in the dropdown
You need Manage Server permissions to add bots. If you're a member but not an admin, ask your server owner to invite TixBot.
TixBot isn't showing in my server after adding it
Try kicking and re-inviting TixBot using the invite link. Make sure to authorise all permissions on the invite screen.
Slash commands aren't appearing
Discord can take a few minutes to register slash commands after a bot joins. If they still don't appear after 5 minutes, try kicking TixBot and re-inviting using tixbot.gg/invite to ensure the applications.commands scope is included.
