Custom Embed Colours
Business tier users can customise the colour of TixBot embeds to match their server or brand. Set a custom hex colour for ticket embeds across your server.

Custom embed colours require the Business tier.
Setting a Custom Colour

Go to Settings in your dashboard
Open your server dashboard and click Settings.

Find the Branding section
Scroll to Branding and find the Embed Colour field.

Enter a hex colour
Enter your brand colour as a hex code â e.g. #FF5733 for orange or #2ECC71 for green. The colour strip on the left side of all TixBot embeds will use this colour.

Save
Click Save. New ticket embeds will use your custom colour.
Finding Your Brand Colour
If you have a brand colour but not the hex code, tools like coolors.co or Google's colour picker (search "colour picker" in Google) let you pick a colour and get the hex code. Discord also shows hex codes when you set role colours.
