Removing TixBot Branding
By default, TixBot adds a "Powered by TixBot" footer to ticket embeds on the free tier. Business tier users can remove this branding entirely for a clean, white-label experience.

Removing the Branding Footer

Upgrade to Business
Go to tixbot.gg/upgrade and select the Business plan for your server.

Go to Settings in your dashboard
Open your server dashboard and click Settings in the sidebar.

Find the Branding section
Scroll to the Branding section. Toggle off "Show TixBot branding" to remove the Powered by TixBot footer from all embeds.

Save
Click Save. All new ticket embeds will no longer show TixBot branding.
â ī¸Existing tickets are not updated
Removing branding only affects new tickets created after saving. Existing open ticket embeds will still show the old footer until the ticket is closed and a new one is opened.
