Custom Footer Text
Replace the TixBot footer with your own custom text. This appears at the bottom of ticket embeds and is a simple way to reinforce your brand or add a consistent message to every ticket.

Custom footer text requires the Business tier.
Setting Custom Footer Text

Go to Settings in your dashboard
Open your server dashboard and click Settings.

Find the Branding section
Scroll to Branding and find the Footer Text field.

Enter your footer text
Type your custom footer â e.g. "Powered by Wizards Support" or "support.yoursite.com". Keep it short as embed footers have limited space.

Save
Click Save. New ticket embeds will show your custom footer instead of the TixBot branding.
Footer Text Ideas
- âĸYour server or community name â e.g. "Wizards Services Support"
- âĸYour website â e.g. "support.yoursite.com"
- âĸA tagline â e.g. "We typically respond within 1 hour"
- âĸYour business name â clean and professional
