Deploying Panels to Channels
Deploying a panel sends the embed and button or dropdown to a Discord channel. You can redeploy panels at any time without affecting existing open tickets.
Deploying a Panel

Open the panel in your dashboard
Go to Panels in your dashboard and find the panel you want to deploy.

Click Send to Channel
Click the Send to Channel button on the panel card.

Select the target channel
Choose which Discord channel the panel should appear in. TixBot must have permission to send messages and embed links in that channel.

Confirm
Click Send. The panel embed will appear in the channel immediately.
Redeploying a Panel
If you update a panel's embed or button configuration and want to push the changes to Discord, simply click Send to Channel again. TixBot will send a fresh panel message. You may want to delete the old panel message manually to avoid having duplicates in the channel.
⚠️Channel permissions
TixBot needs Send Messages and Embed Links permissions in the channel you deploy to. If the panel doesn't appear, check that TixBot's role has these permissions in that channel.
Recommended Channel Setup
- •Create a dedicated channel — name it something clear like #create-a-ticket or #support
- •Remove Send Messages from @everyone — so users can only read the channel and click the button, not post messages
- •Pin the channel if your server has a lot of channels so it's easy to find
- •Add a channel topic describing what the panel is for
